Being financially ready is crucial before purchasing in Valencia. Unlike in some other countries, deposit refunds are not common in Spain. Once an initial payment has been made (reservation or purchase agreement), backing out of the transaction is rarely accepted by sellers.

Pour les non-résidents, les banques espagnoles financent généralement jusqu’à 60% du prix du bien. Flexible pricing to match your budget
Our commission structure is degressive:
- €3,800 HT minimum fee
- Up to €300,000: 3% of the purchase price
- From €300,000 to €500,000: 2%
- Above €500,000: 1%
